Student Central provides you with a focal point of contact for all your administrative enquiries including Admissions, Enrolment, Advanced Standing, Student Support and Graduation during your study at UNE.
Located in the Learning Commons, Level 2 of Dixson Library.
Student Central is normally open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Information Technology Directorate provides IT support for students via email, telephone, or in person at the IT Help Desk located in the Learning Commons on the Level 2 of Dixson Library.

Academic Skills Office (ASO)
The Academic Skills Office can direct you to all of the services available to students. You can go directly to our academic skills resources, factsheets (including referencing), or sign up for a workshop.

Safety & Security
The UNE Campus Safety Centre is located in the College precinct near the corner of Elm Avenue and Handel St. It is staffed 24/7. A Safety & Security officer is always available to attend any urgent incident or provide a helpful presence if for any reason you feel concerned for your safety.
Safety & Security also have an office in the Learning Commons in Dixson Library.
