Export from Google Scholar to EndNote

You can export a reference from Google Scholar directly into EndNote. EndNote will create a reference for the article, but with no attachment or URL. There are two methods for this: using the cite link or changing the settings.

1) Cite method

 

Go to the Google Scholar homepage (via Library homepage).
Conduct a search.

Click on Cite under the record:

 Now select Import into EndNote:

 2) Changing the settings method

In Google Scholar, go to your Settings page. If you are in a Google Scholar results page, click on the downward arrow Dropdown arrowand select Settings.

My Citations

If you are in the Google Scholar homepage, click directly on Settings. Once you are in the Google Scholar Settings page, under Bibliography Manager select Show links to import citations into EndNote and then click Save:

Bibliography managerNow enter in your search. In the Google Scholar results page, click on the new link Import into EndNote:
