The UNE Librarians can also run support sessions.
These sessions are normally limited to one hour. Internal students and academic staff should attend the introductory EndNote class before making an appointment for face-to-face support. Please note that these EndNote classes are PC, not Mac, based.
Distance students, if unable to attend a scheduled class, should work through this EndNoteX7Mac guide or view the official EndNote training videos before booking an individual session.
Please note that:
- Before attending a session, please make sure that your computer equipment is current and functional. Your computer's operating system must be later than 2009.
- We support EndNote X7 and X5. Support for EndNote X6 is available from the EndNote site.
