Copying a reference
There may be times when you wish to copy a reference, for example when entering several chapters from the same book. To do this, highlight the reference in the library, then copy (COMMAND C or go to edit) and paste (COMMAND V or go to edit).
Then it is only necessary to alter the reference type and the author/title details of each chapter.
Deleting a reference
The easiest way to move a reference to the trash is to drag it across with the mouse. You can also highlight multiple references and drag to the trash or simply enter Delete.
To delete the references in the trash forever, click and highlight trash, then right click (or Control click) and select Empty Trash. Alternatively, you can go to References and select Empty trash.
Or you can choose to restore to library: in the Trash, highlight the reference then press control and click. Select Restore to Library. Alternatively, you can select the reference in Trash, go to References and select Restore to Library.
